Casa Amaya is located in the middle of Maryvilla which is considered to have some of the finest panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the Peñon de Ifach. The sea is approximately 800m from the villa and the Puerto Blanco harbour is only 1 km away.

Nestled at the foot of the Bernia mountains, this beautiful villa is located a few minutes drive from Calpe and its gloriously white sandy beaches.

Two separate living areas are on offer - the main house sleeping up to 10 and the annexed apartment with beds for four people. Casa Amaya is therefore ideal for family and friends on holiday together who sometimes require the privacy of exclusive accomodation. If only the main house is used a 20% DISCOUNT is given on the advertised rates. The apartment will be left empty during your stay.

Casa Amaya comprises of 6 bedrooms, two living rooms, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and a cloakroom. In addition, there are two roof terraces, 2 BBQ terraces, a courtyard and a 10m by 5m swimming pool. The villa´s privacy is ensured by the terraced garden´s numerous palm and pine trees, plants and dry stone walls.

Incredibly spacious and elegantly furnished, the decor of Casa Amaya reflects traditional Valencian serenity of the villa´s design. There is secured parking for up to four cars.

The main house consists of 4 larger than average twin bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and another with a roof terrace affording spectacular panoramic views of the azure blue Med and surrounding mountains, a kitchen with cooker, fridge / freezer, microwave and kettle, a family bathroom / shower room, a separate cloakroom with WC and hand basin and a lounge/diner.

The spacious lounge / diner provides a cool respite from the summer sunshine. A double sofabed sleeps a further two people.

From the lounge, steps lead into the centrepiece of Casa Amaya, a 50 Sq m BBQ terrace and courtyard adourned with a colourful array of plants and flowers, and enjoying day-long sunlight, the courtyard provides a perfect opportunity for secluded sunbathing, al fresco dining, or a sheltered, jasmine-scented evening under the stars.

In addition, access to the swimming pool from the courtyard can be secured, ensuring the safety of smaller children. From April, the impressively large pool basks in sunlight until 7pm and is complete with sun loungers and shower.

Accessed separately but maintaining equally immaculate presentation, the spacious apartment contains two twin bedrooms, a lounge/diner, kitchen and family bathroom. From the lounge, patio doors open onto the covered naya and private BBQ area. A spiral staircase ascends to the lower of two roof terraces featured on the villa´s aerial photo. The terrace benefits from day-long sunshine & sea views. The pool is only a few steps away.

The swimming pool can be accessed either by the courtyard or via stairs to the side of the villa.

Just 600m from the villa are two fabulous restaurants. The first is Restaurante Maryvilla which offers European style cooking. It is listed in the Gourmet Guide and has fantastic views. The second has been named Oscars after the owner and his son, adjacent to which is Maryvilla Tennis Club. There is a great choice of programmes, including coaching for all ages and much more. They also offer sessions for juniors so children can improve their co-ordination skills, learn teamwork and sportsmanship whilst staying in shape and having fun. Leaving you time to relax by shopping in town, relaxing by their pool or having a drink or perhaps lunch at Oscars bar and restaurant.
A little further away by the small harbour of La Canuta is the Puerto Blanco, which is considered by many to be one of the finest restaurants in Calpe.
